Amat Tannat
This wine is the fruit of 24 years of experience Carrau as pioneers in the Cerro Chapeu region, Rivera. His name is a tribute to Don Francisco Carrau Amat (1790-1860), who in his generation promoted the planting of the first red varieties in Vilassar de Mar, Catalonia.
Reserva Tannat
Carefully selected Tannat grapes are hand-picked in Cerro Chapeu estate, where unique red sand soils, continental climate and diurnal temperature variation, give ideal conditions for this varietal. The fruit was vinified in our gravity-fed winery, with open tank macerations for 10 days and aging in second wine french oak barrels for 12 to 18 months, this wine is bottled with minimal handling and aged for one year before release.
Cabernet Sauvignon Rutherford
The Fiftyrow Cabernet Sauvignon from the Alice Vineyard is a great expression of Napa Valley’s famed Rutherford region. The typical ‘Rutherford Dust’ is instantly recognizable with its soft, velvety tannins, texture and cocoa-powder-like finish. Generous aromas and expansive flavors of blackberry, dark plum, black cherry, chocolate and tobacco leaf are in beautiful harmony with well integrated oak that adds another layer of complexity.

It is lush and alluring, with layers of bright fruit, rose petal, spice and red fruits. This is a full-bodied and rich expression of Pinot Noir that is impeccably balance and has the structure and savory notes that the Anderson Valley is famous for. It is ready to drink, or can be cellared for 7 to 10 years.
The Chemist
Our Chemist is a unique blend of GSM plus Petite Sirah. It is a full- bodied wine that has an inky, vibrant purple/blue color and offers purity and focus in a rich, layered and balanced wine. Loads of dark berries, mocha, espresso, plum, graphite all open up effortlessly in the glass and leads to a long silky nish.
Chardonnay
A beautiful golden-hay color is the first thing you see in the glass. Enticing aromas of Asian pear, ripe apricot and a creamy richness lead to a racy palate that has an oily texture with crisp apple, toasted vanilla bean and subtle floral blossom flavors. The mouth feel is rich and round with its beautifully balanced finish. Our Chardonnay hits its stride after 6–8 months in the bottle and will age for 5–7 years.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Smokescreen Cabernet Sauvignon has mouth coating flavors of blackberry, blackcurrants, anise, cocoa, and nutmeg on the palate. With a full spectrum of tannins, the wine is powerful yet round in texture, integrating into a long smooth finish
