This wine comes from an old vineyard in the estate selected and replanted at high density in sand loam soils with deep gravel, and is fermented in concrete eggs without epoxy. Elegant and well-balanced.

Malbec 5 Suelos
After the précises soil composition study was completed, 5 wines were defined resulting from the 5 different soil profiles. Each wine is made in separate concrete eggs and then a final blend is determined.
Criolla Parral
Obtained from the pergola trained vines of Don Carlos de Danielle, which date back to 1943, these vines recover the essence in the wine destined to be enjoyed by the locals of the region. With a focus to conserve the varietal expression and place of origin, these wines have been fermented in concrete eggs with native yeasts.
HD Malbec
Fresh and mineral, born from vineyards located on stony soils, this Malbec expresses the typicity of the varietal in this origin, after stand for 12 months in cement eggs.
Cabernet Sauvignon
It is a deep red wine with ruby highlights. With a spicy aroma, black pepper, and fruits like fresh cassis and redcurrants. Nice tannins combined with ripe red fruits and a subtle touch of vanilla and smoke.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Red ruby, violaceous, and intense. Great aromas of fresh and spicy red fruit. Kind on the palate, with soft tannins, good acidity and easy to drink. A good example of a well-balanced cabernet sauvignon, where you can find both fruit and oak. With intense lingering finish.
HD Malbec Reserva
Velvety in the mouth, with good body, color and nose, this Malbec spends 18 months in French oak barrels.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Sourced from two origins of equal presence, Agrelo and La Consulta, this robust Cabernet with a velvety finish and well balanced tannins includes a touch of Petite Verdot and Cabernet Franc. This wine was aged 12 months in French oak barrels.
Sparkling Extra Brut
Elegant, delicate, with shimmering gold tinges. Intense citric aromas embraced by a delicate toasted bread touch. Pleasant on the palate, with integrated and creamy bubbles, with a lingering fruity flavor.
Capriccio Dolcezza
It´s clean and bright. It´s pale yellow with greenish and silver tones. In the nose we can appreciate fruity and floral notes like apricot, pineapple, white peach and white flowers, embraced by subtle citric and herbal notes typical of the grape variety. In the mouth it´s elegant and persistant. Capriccio Natural Sweet is an ideal match for slightly sweet desserts like Cheesecake. It is also perfect to pair with soft cheese or just to prepare and excellent white fruit frozen drink and enjoy before or after any meal.
